I like to train all major muscle groups in one day,one exercise per body part,five sets with 12,10,8,6,12 reps. Chest,back,shoulders,bi's and tri's Mon.,Wed.and Fri.with cardio on tues.and Thurs. I do not incorporate legs in my resistance training because I have some knee and ankle problems and my legs are pretty big to begin with also the cardio.(ie; elipitical and walking on treadmill) takes good care of that. My main question is am I over training,am I giving my muscles enough rest in between workouts? Thanks in advance
