I am 14 years old and when I was 13 i torn ligaments in my right ankle and recently i sprained my ankle badly. My ankle was swollen for a few days but now its healing and its severely bruised. When I walk it sometimes hurt and if I miss step on my ankle I feel severe pain. I was just wondering if anyone knows some exerises I can do to strengthen my injured ankle?

You can get a towel and pull your ancle toward your( and resist it) then to the sides, and try and resist and the other side.......it might be sore a lil bit while doing it but don't over do it. Rest some ice then heat will work nice
