I never thought I'd have this problem. I have to force myself to eat enough food to meet my daily nutritional needs ft has laid out for me. Chicken, tuna, fruits and veggies, protein shakes and bars, cottage cheese, yogurt, peanut butter: I eat pretty much all of these things everyday. As I find new foods with higher nutritional contents, it helps cut down on the amount - ya know, quality over quantity. I just discovered raisins are relatively high in most everything. I can't seem to get nearly enough carbs if I expect to even come close to minimum protein. This is much harder than I thought. Anybody have any secret weapons in the war for adequate daily nutrition?

I take it your bulking... so I suggest buying a high cal/high carb/high protein/ shake such as N-Large 2. It has about 100 carbs when mixed with milk and 60 grams protein. Its really not that filling either. Also most cooking oils and flax oils are high in efa's and calories so I suggest putting those in your foods. As for some more carbs, try to incorporate some Whole grain pastas into your diet.
