I keep reading about doing cardio 3 or 4 times per week. I want to lose a LOT 'O FAT and have been doing the elliptical 5 or 6 times every week for about 30 minutes each time. I even do it on the days that I am doing my weight training. I also walk for about 30-35 minutes 3 or so times a week. Am I overdoing it?
No not at all, The cardio is great and if you are enjoying it...why not? Just keep it within 30 -40 minutes max.
Walking is also good.
I saw your other post about scratching your shoulder and the bra....nice work, and keep it up!

Thanks, Ivan. I really do enjoy the ellipitcal, now that I can do more than two minutes!!! I am burning about 310 calories for the 30 minutes I am doing it. I figured this is the only way to get rid of all of this FAT!!! Must be working! Some, anyhow.
