Is there a such thing as too much cardio? I weight train and do cardio 5 days a week. My cardio lasts for 45 min each day after my weight train. Should I keep my cardio like it is or lower it. Or would it be okay to keep increasing my time. in one month I have increased my time by 15 min.

You can also use interval cardio which is only 20 minutes, but at a much higher level of intensity. For those on the Body for Life program, this is the type used. It decreases your cardio time, but offers the same good results.
Regardless of your ambition, it is possible to overtrain, and that includes cardio. Your body becomes used to the time you perform cardio and stops working efficiently. Change it up, decrease the number of days, decrease your time but increase the intensity to boost your fat burning abilities.
