I just sign up and got my first workout. I have been working out for several years now and have never seen so many exercises for one day. It gave me 15 exercises each with 3 or 4 sets of 10 to 15 reps each. This seems excessive. Comments please.
If you took a 3 day prgrm with an extra specialty, it may seem high. There are alot of ab excercises. Remember the first set is a warm up, and the other days will be less. Hope this helps. Please fill in your profile.
I started a week ago, and I'm not sure what program you picked. I'm doing a 12 week weight loss and muscle definition program. It only gives me between 2 to 4 different exercise to do a day with 3 to 4 reps.
I would agree that 15 exercises is excessive.
