I need a good workout to tone up my legs. I have no problem at all getting my upper toned, but my legs are a pain!!
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Squats, lunges and calf raises are the basics. With machines you can add a world of exercises. Take a look here:
Walking is good too but take a look at the options.
