for the past 2 months ive been trying to tone up since i got as big mass wise as i wanted to be. but for some reason i feel as if my chest has gotten more compact and my arms have gotten a little more shape, but it feels as if im softer than i was before...maybe even a lil more fat
i eat 5 meals a day but no specific foods i just try and eat anything healthy and high protein i workout 6 days week and right now im in football doubles so i do cardio 2 times a day 5 days a week and i havent been lifint as much since doubles these 2 weeks but before i would work out 5 days a week also...
