I've heard quite a few things actually...I want to tone myself up and I've heard that if I lift lower weights but with like 10-20 reps that It'll happen. But I've actually seen in myself a while back that I was pretty toned when I lifted like 8-10 reps. Can anybody help me out? What's the best way to tone up?

light weight and high rep training is in fact for those seeking a toned body since it doesn't bulk you up as much like the other 2 training programs (strength & hypertrophy)..rather, it increases your muscular indurance.. programs like these are commonly used among athletes like joggers, swimmers and rock climbers
if u believe that a lower # of reps and more weight is satisfying your needs then interchange between both programs for example.
