tone without weights

ok I would like to gets some muscle tone, but I don't have a lot of access to free weights or machines. does anyone have any tips on wat I could try???

I would suggest to do 20-30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week to shed any excess fat, build endurance and tone muscle. There are basic exercises you can do at home without machines or weights such as push ups and sit ups.

I personally invested in a few free weights, which cost me less than $100 that I keep at home. The few freeweights I have here at home enable me to do a basic full body work out, when I do not get a chance to get to the gym. This is another option you could consider.

Other than that, this is all I can suggest at the moment, maybe others have different ideas.
