I was thinking of taking a mass gaining supplement.
here is the break down.

Calories (w/milk) 1079
Calories (w/water) 849
Protein 50g
Sugar 60g
Carbohydrates 162g
Sodium 240mg
Fat 1g

does this sound like to much sugar???
