hi, im working on losing 30 lbs. i weigh 190 (194 a week ago :) Ive been folowing the freetrainers schdule for weight loss and the 12 week prog for stomach trimming....im eating really healthy. Oh yea i am 5' 7 tall. so my Q is should i rest two of the 7 days of the week? the other five dayts i work out. im dead tired now...
