Time to get sport specific - soccer

I'd like to train specifically for soccer. I need to increase my endurance, flexibilty, and balance. What is the most efficient way to go about doing this?

Thanks, I could probably get some cheap pylons at Walmart?

Does flexibilty come with stretching as much as possible or is it better to stretch hard and rest like muscle growth?
