There is no best workout per se but here's one of many workouts you can try....it's moderate intensity and high voume....don't go beyond 90 sec between sets or otherwise this workout is not for u....it relies around 4 big exercises....they all work your abs...and there's some more direct ab work that you can do that I included....

Mon: 10 sets of squats %75 of 1rm of 3 reps
do 5 sets of abs, rotating sit ups, crunches, twists, leg raises of 8-10 reps...use resistance if you can do more than 8-10 reps...
Tue: 10 sets of bench press or incline %75 of 1rm of 3 reps
Wed: high intensity 20 min cardio
Thu: 10 sets of deadlifts %75 of 1rm of 3 reps
do 5 sets of abs, rotating sit ups, crunches, twists, leg raises of 8-10 reps...use resistance if you can do more than 8-10 reps...
Fri: 10 sets of pull ups or rows %75 of 1rm of 3 reps

60-90 sec rest...every couple of weeks try to cut rest by 5 sec or increase weight used by 1-5% or about 2.5-5 lb....try this for 8-10 weeks....
