Do to a busy work schedule, I find myself working out in the morning somedays and evenings on others.
Is it important to keep the time of day you workout consistant?

As long as you are getting enough rest between workouts on the same muscle groups you should be fine. I have the same problem. Welcome to ft and good luck!

You will be fine as long as you don't train the same muscle groups say on Monday night and try and train the same ones on Tuesday morning. Good luck and have you signed up for any of the programs. It will give you certain days for certain muscle groups with plenty of rest in between.

I think consistency is important, but time of day has nothing to do with that. Say you workout in the am on Monday, PM on Tues/Weds, AM on Thurs, etc. If you do that every week, the same way, that is consistent from week to week. The reason consistency is important is so that it will become habit and you will keep with it.
