I do this really hardcore workout with massive weights increasing per set and 3 to 4 sets per exercise and 4-5 exercises per bodypart....but I need to know how long to rest between two sets.
I would suggest no more than two minutes. You may need a little more time on legs because of the enormous amounts of O2 gets used up. I'm on my 3rd week on the 12 week mass program and I usually get generous rest in between especially on those with very heavy weight and low reps. Hope this helped. Stay focused. MerlinHog.
