I am a fan of these guys. That is actually what got me started in this whole thing. When I first started I was going to the playgrounds and workout. I did this for about 2 years and then I started to go to the gym to put on size. I still go to the park these days and workout, but just not how I use to go. Those videos are very motivational for anyone looking to get in shape.

yeah it`s very motiviational ... they make it look so easy

I`ve heard that they do it every day..some ppl would consider it overtraining...

I use to do it everyday also. Some people might consider it overtraining because it is done everyday, but that is not the case. You are not tearing any muscle fibers on a constant basis so this is considered more of conditioning than anything. You don't really gain any muscle out of it, instead you become "toned". Those guys or some of those guys lift weights also that's how they got the size.
