Why is it that working out my legs makes me nautious more then any other body part, to the point I wanna puke?
I never feel like this when I work any other body part.

I always get it from squats also, because youre working your whole body so hard with squats more than any other lift. I'm not sure is there is a mechanical or medical reason for it, I will leave that to the smart people out there, but I can tell you that it is normal.

The nausea may be do to an excess build up of acids in the muscles, at least that is what a nutritionist told me last month. Too much and your body tries to "purge" itself.

Everytime I work my legs, I'm totally fatigued. Much different than working upper half of body. I would have thought the legs would be much stronger and wouldn't get fatigued as quickly as upper muscles..
