am'i support to do all 4 sets of each exercise? i made it thought two set of each and i'am hurting all over. Do i keep going or stop at two sets?

you should "feel the burn" for a few reps but if you really can't get through all of the sets now make that your gaol. When I first started I had the same problem. Each time I worked out I made myself do "one more rep" (or two or three if I could) When I finished my four weeks I could do all four sets in almost all of my exsercises. You could also be using too heavy of a weight.

Like houseofdiet suggested....try lowering the weights. Make sure you have propper form also.

Yes, you are supposed to get through all 4 reps. Try lowering the weight, find a comfortable weight for you that will get you through all 4 reps.

Remember that the first set should have hardly any weight on it at all.....
