This is a pretty decent workout routine?

Day-1 Chest/Delts/Traps
Incline/flat bench barbell press 4x15-10
Incline/Flat bench dumbell press 2x15-10
Incline Dumbell Flye 2x15-10
Flat bench flye 2x15-10
Dumbell press 3x15-10
dumbell lateral raise 2x15-10
Barbell shrug 3x15-10

Day 2 legs
Leg extension 3x20-12
Squats 3x20-12
Walking lunge 3x20-12
Lying leg curl 3x20-12
Standing leg curl 3x20-12
Standing calf raise 3x20-12
Seated calf raises 2x20-12

Day 3-Back&Rear delts
Dumbell pullover-3x15-10
Pulldowns 2x15-10
Bent over BB 2x15-20
One arm dumbell rows 2x15-10
Deadlift 3x15-20
Bent over dumbell lateral raises 2x15-10

Day 4 arms
Standibg ez-bar curl 3x15-10
Standing alternate DB curl 2x15-10
Ez-bar preacher curl 2x15-10
Dips 3x15-10
Cable pressdowns 2x15-10
Skull crushers 2x15-10

This is a pretty good overall workout right? I found it in a magazine I was looking at and really liked it and wanted to try it...Been doing it for a week and it really killed me lol....Of course you can adjust the rep range for whatever you desire but I think it is a pretty good workout.

Yep, looks pretty killer to me, I'd say have a 2 to 3 alternate workout options to each one for muscle shockers and that maybe a mister olympia worthy workout. Just my 2 cents.:cool::dumbbell:

sorry i'm a newbie, just making sure if i got this right.
does Incline/flat bench barbell press 4x15-10 mean 4 sets of 15 - 10 reps each?

Yep, sort of like this
Set Reps
1 15
2 14
3 12
4 10

Or something to that degree.
And wow, sorry but a seriously nice girl just walked into the tanning salon, I just had to add that in:big_smile::love:, sorry for the side track.:cool:

Lol, have to pass the time somehow, and I help out in the gym and suggest working out to people so any source of knowledge on working out is good to know for both that reason and myself.:cool:
