thurs.....legs...tris....10mins cardio
fri....30 mins cardio...abbs
sat....off
sun repeat....
I'm trying to get rid of a lil body fat over the summer?

Doesnt seem like too much to me.
-------------- Would it be classified as overly competitive if I refused to let a 4 year old beat me at chutes and ladders?

I like that workout schedule, but I would try moving your friday routine in between your chest/bicep (Wed) and Legs/Tris (Thurs.) I only suggest that because after a hard day of chest workouts my triceps are a bit worn. I like to give them at least a day of rest. Your friday workout should be the rest they need. I like how your back and bicep days are separated. Also, how many exercises of each are we talking about?

4 to 5 excercises per body part, except for arms....they get 3 usually.........I use dumbells now for my benching so my tris aren't engaged hardly if any.
