I am in the 12 wk thin down plan and so far I've done pretty well, I've reached my goal of 185 and still have 4 wks to go. Now I'm wondering if I should go with the mass program and take a chance of putting the weight back on. I need it in muscle not fat.

If you have any unwanted body fat then I think you need to lose that before you go for the mass programme.
But if you r satisfied with your new look then I think you can start.

I think it would be better to lose alittle more fat. Forst of all, the skinnier you are, the healthier. Secondly, on the mass programm you need to put on some fat to make fast muscle gains..so it is better to have like a reserve for that fat increase.

Thanks for the info everyone. I'll read that section on testosterone spedward and see what it says. I have worked so hard to get all that fat off I just don't want to put it back on but I also want the muscle. I realise that I wont be massive but I would like to be musclure. THanks again.

you can also super-saturate your deit with protiens, try not to go any further than the required amount of Carbs, and reduce the fat, this way you can have faster muscle development with not much fat gains..Try it, expriment with yourself, it's more likely to work
