I've been walking 6 km/day x 6 days/week and eating healthier... resulting in a 47lb weight loss and 4 sizes smaller....I'm thrilled! Now I want to tone my body and tighten up some problem areas. What's the quickest way to tone inner/back of thighs and the lower abdomen (FYI: I've had two c-sections) at home?
