any tips on what effective exercises i could be doing to thin down inner and outer thighs. I dont want to build allot of muscle just tone and slim down. im doing 45mins cardio 4 times a week either on the bike or cross trainer and am losing weight but my thighs are still the same.:(
Do squats. Thay are the best all over leg developer in my opinion. I've found that the inner and outer thigh muscle exercises only take up time that I could be doing something else. Different foot positions can work the different leg muscles in different ways.
