any tips on what effective exercises i could be doing to thin down inner and outer thighs. I dont want to build allot of muscle just tone and slim down. im doing 45mins cardio 4 times a week either on the bike or cross trainer and am losing weight but my thighs are still the same.:(

Do squats. Thay are the best all over leg developer in my opinion. I've found that the inner and outer thigh muscle exercises only take up time that I could be doing something else. Different foot positions can work the different leg muscles in different ways.

If you're looking to trim fat then you can't spot reduce...you need to turn to your diet to lose all over bodyfat %age.

Don't neglect weights though...after you trim the fat off through diet you want a good lean look to them.
