I'm 24yrs old, 120lbs, female, 22bf, 22in thighs and 39in hips. I do a lot of cardio and have muscular legs, but I want smaller legs. What exercises, besides more cardio, should I do? Should I avoid certain exercises? If I consume about 1800 calories a day, should I eat more or less to reach my goals?
