Hi! A few nights ago when I got up to walk, there was this strange feeling coming from my knees...it was like a tingling at first, but then as I walked, this numbness moved up and down my leg, and following by some pain there was this wierd tingling feeling in my knees...as if someone was poking under my kneecap with a million tiny needles. I know it sounds strange, but I am wondering if anyone has ever felt this. Oh, and since then it's done it a few times but now instead of the numbness and needle-like pain, there is a slight pain in my knees as I walk. I don't recall doing anything to hurt it in the gym, so I am not sure what type of injury this may be. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.:)

I have absolutely no experience with this, but I hope you are feeling better and I wanted to bump this to the top to make sure that others would read it!

Thanks Dfly. I know, most people probably never felt this before, but I was hoping someone would have an idea of what it may be from. I forgot to mention that since then, my knees have been making that "cracking" noise very often, no pain when it does it, but it happens a lot during the day. Well, if anyone has any ideas on what this may be, please let me know. I've taken back on my workouts a bit, defidently no running for now, so if it doesn't go away, I'll have to see a doctor. :surprised:(

could possibly be patellar tendonitis, or maybe osgood-schlatter disease make sure you get it checked out because knee problems both suck and blow
