Ive noticed that if I drink a can of red bull right before exercise, It really gives me alot more energy to work out longer. Therfore getting better faster results.

A regular can of Red Bull is 110 calories
but now Sugarfree Red Bull is only 10 calories, but still has all the juice of the original product.

Try drinking a can of Sugarfree 10 mins before your workout, and youll see what I mean.

its because of the guava in it. i take tablets that have it in it and notice i get a real pick me up after about 10mins its kicked in.
