With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I've been down sick with the flu and swollen tonsils for a few days, so at the most I've taken in about 400 calories a day and even some of that didn't stay down. Does that mean my body is probably eating away the muscle I have taken so long to work on? haha that would kinda suck...
Well we don't really decide getting ill so we just have to do the very best to get back in shape. First, your body is suffering, give it enough time to recover. Secondly, try to drink some protein shakes (and get some amino acids and glutamine!)
