Hey, was wondering if anyone knows anything about those big blue rubber balls people use to work out their abs and lower back. I have heard that using them is very non-jarring, and good if you have a back injury and can't be flat on the floor. Anyone know what I am talking about??

Yep, I know what your talking about. When you get one of the balls, it actually has warm up exercises, stretching exercises, etc etc etc...I have one; and I feel as though it really hits the stabilizer muscles...

I got it for Christmas...My wife said that there are different sizes per weight of the person. I will ask her, and get back to you. Anyway, Wal-Mart, Dicks Sporting Goods, K's Merchandise, K mart, ??Target??....

we have a Gart SportsMart near our house, I think they might have them there. I need to find one that can handle over 250 lbs. I wonder if they make them that big....

Actually the blue one that I have is up to 300lbs...My wife said that there were 2 more above that. She also said that she saw prices between $12-$35 depending on if you can get them on sale, and the thickness(weight).
