I have read that doing rowing for 20 minutes is better than a stationary bike for 20 minutes. I ride on the stat bike for 25-35 minutes a day, and then do 20 minutes of weight training a day, 5-6 days a week. I used to be around 40%-45% BMI, and now I am around 25%-29% and I want to be down to 15%. What is the best workout to achieve my goal?
