what is the best way to get bulked up, i've gained 20 pounds in 3 months i drink 2 gallons of water a day 1 before lifting and 1 after (no all at once)i put on some fat as well, i drink the new mhp mass diet supplement, i weigh 157, i want to get big for next football season i have to turn a few heads for the scouts, and i still want to the be scat back i am, which means maintaing my speed and quickness, my weigh goal is 170 adivce please this is crucial sense its the only way i'll be able to get to college (football)
