I agree fully agree but both are important parts of the arms and they should be worked out on differant days. So as not to over exhaust our arms on one day.

should not close grip presses be done 1st? since it is a MASS excercise?
and kick backs done last?
wheres dips?
wheres skull crushers?
I'd do these beofre a lying cros tricep whatever...
Basics always worked best for me...

i don't think this guy has a clue as to how to workout....and he posts suggestions.....for 'perfect' routine....
what's the point of doing pushdowns/kickbacks first? (pre-exhaustion technique?) how's that appropriate for everyone?
triceps are more important than biceps? excuse me? that's the biggest load of garbage ever....no muscle is more important than any other....and biceps probably need to be worked out more often because they recover faster and don't assist in as many other body parts....you can train triceps less frequently because they help significantly in chest and shoulder exercises....and comparatively with biceps they are twice as big so they need more recovery.....if you start shifting emphasis to specific muscles, then you'll create muscle imbalances and end up causing injury to yourself....
at least he didn't sign this post with Dr and name on the bottom....
