I've read through some of the posts..and it seems alot of people have different ways of taking it. I want to know the best time to take it because im still not sure. Before a weightlifting workout? Right after? Before bed? Also..how many times a day should i take it?
Im 5'9"/5'10" ish...168lbs...i want to get up to a very cut/defined 175lbs...what do you suggest? Help is appreciated.

Take it directly after a workout...it's whey protein so it digest fast....also I don't remember how much carbs it has....so just eat 1:2 ratio of protein to simple carbs....you can take this shake anytime however as well...to get to your daily protein intake...
you'll probably will need to get to around 190 by bulking and then cutting....down to 175....

Menace I would say the muscle milk has to much cassein to be a pwo shake? I use the milk during the day and before bed.

oh my bad...I have used it like 4 years ago...and didn't remember specifics...
yea so if it's more a cassein blend then in the morning and before bed time is a better way to use it...

ok so, is it alright that i take it 1-2 hours before my weight training? Can i take it after eating breakfast or should I not eat breakfast at all when i take it in the morning? Sorry if im asking too much..i just wanna be completely sure on everything because this is the first time i've used muscle milk.

Nkredible.. as mmaibohm said.. its a slow releasing protein so its better u take it at ur bed time.. cuz when u r sleeping it'll give provide protein to the body for repairing works... you can take it on non workout days too..
as far as PWO is concerned... whey is known to be the best protein... as it is fast desolving..
