Greetings people. Figured I'd post this really good drill for pumping that heart rate up :) Feel free to combine it with your regular running/jogging sessions as well.
This is a quick cardiovascular drill that has the warmup and cooldown built in.
Walk for 50 steps, jog for 50 steps, sprint for 50 steps, jog for 50 steps, walk for 50 steps.
The number of steps is variable, and try to vary them with your training schedule.
