Hey forst i want to thank everyone for listening to like 100 questions i have..im sorry i have so many question...i just want to get all the info..hope u guys dont mind....i have...its hard for me to hold down proteing shakes...is it ok to start eating proteing bars instaed of shakes....

Your body dose not care where the protein comes from as long as it gets it (but shakes are normaly cheeper than bars), though better than shakes of bars is real food, it contains other things such as vitamins minerals and fibre that supplements can’t help you with – I eat as much real food as possible, just remember to make it clean healthy food not fatty processed junk. Oh and don't go mad to much protien will still get turned into fat if your pody dosn't need it.

Perhaps try an egg protien, or soy? Maybe the whey is giving you the problem.
