Hey everyone,
I'm preparing for tennis season, and i was wondering what muscle groups i should be targeting the most when lifting?

Hi

I would concentrate on your shoulders and arms...doing gentle rotations with a weight can help prepare the shoulder for rotations with a tennis racket...and help avoid tennis elbow
