I play tennis 3-4 times a week. Pretty hardcore, and usually singles. I was doing just tennis for a while but my weight loss has stalled. Can someone recommend some off-court training to supplement my tennis? I prefer weight training to running or cardio since I do so much of that playing tennis anyway! Any help would be great!:dumbbell:
Full body workout, stationary bike for legs, squats, to give the quads some speed, fore arms are important to prevent tendonitis.bicep exercises, and shoulders. Sounds like you will have as much work off the court.
