hey all! i have a few questions. i have tennis elbow from twisting my arm (not from the gym).should i exercise the area abit? or just rest my arm from any sort of movement. should i take glucosamine or other supplaments to help my joints when i start going to the gym again? 10x

R.I.C.E, always the best solution. When the tenderness goes away you can start rehabing or you can try some of the exercise techniques talked about in the sticky at the top about tendonitis.
I have never really allowed mine to heal completey, I am a mechanic, so I live with the pain as long as it is not too severe for me and keep on lifting. When it is severe, I stop the weights for a while and let it heal a bit then start back up. The supplements have never done anything for me, but then again I have never stopped long enough to see if they would. Anti-inflammitories help.
