Just curious, I've had an ongoing battle w/ my left shoulder which my chiropracter said was adhesive tendonitis, my gp didn't know what it was, anyway it's responding well to exercises to strengthen the joint, all that gristle is finally coming loose and I've been working out again (carefully) but I have a deep ITCH inside the muscles surrounding my shoulder that is driving me BONKERS!! Has this happened to anyone before and is there any way to relieve it? How can you scratch an itch that's actually inside your body? And could this mean it's finally healing?

I know this is a weird question but any experience would be appreciated.
