Hi, well i was wondering why i haven't seen the results i've wanted with this program? Well i have seen some results but every next day after my workouts my muscle aren't sore and i am getting a bit tired of it. And i haven't seen any results in my abs since a few weeks and bothers me because i've done everything on this site suggests and i have a very low percentage of body fat so it can't be because of my diet. So, should i put weights on my ab exercises? (i have though already)

You might not be getting any replies as this question is typically asked several times a week. Nobody can critique what you're doing unless you post specifically what you're doing. Not knowing your program and how long you've been on it are also things you need to post about. Typically when someone says their problem can't be their diet, it usually is. If you aren't seeing results it's either your workout isn't intense enough and/or your diet isn't as clean as you think it is.

Not everyone is going to feel sore or really sore after every workout. I've also learned that after some time that your body will adapt and get used to a routine. Sometimes you need to change it up like PP said and make it more intense. I talk a lot to a guy where I work who is a pro body-builder, and he gave me a good tip for when you have muscle groups that become used to workouts and you can't get that burn. He said you can try doing a pre-workout exhaust for that muscle group. Basically, you do a basic exercise for that muscle group before the real workout. Do a couple sets of like 8-12 reps. This will help to pre-exhaust that muscle group before the actual workout so that you feel that burn the next day. I guess with some exercises, that you may use secondary muscle groups more or at least enough to where you don't get a good enough workout for the muscle group you are actually focusing on. This can also be caused by improper form and technique of the particular exercise. I know there is someone who could explain it better and use better terminology than I do, but I hope this info is helpful.
