Teen in need of gaining weight

hey, I'am 16 and iam trying to gain weight and a little muscle mass before school, so i go to the gym every now and then but i do need to go more i guess, but what do i need to eat and how do i gain weight in 2 months

Focus on eating more, lifting and getting your rest. You've got a few things in your favor right now...your just starting out and your young just to name a couple, so your initial gains should be pretty decent. Take a look around the site see what all it has to offer. You can also take advantage of the search feature at the bottom of the page. You will not build a ton of muscle overnight. Be consistent, as mojo says, eat, rest, and repeat. Your test levels should be high, and this will be a good time to gain.

It is not very easy to put on tons of muscle, no matter what the magazines tell you. If it was, we would all be competing in the Olympia. It is a tough road, the above formula is the only way to go. Consistency, time, equal gains.
