I find that my upper tricep (near deltoids) is much bigger than the lower part (near the elbow). What can I do to specfically target the lower part? I already do the tricep extension machine, tricep pulls downs with palms faced up and then down. Thanks
/ Triceps pushdowns but use a rope attachment and push the hands out to the sides at the bottom.
/ Bench dips, with the hands facing inwards.
/ Close-grip benches using an E-Z curl bar.
/ 1-arm pulley crossovers using the low pulley. Pull from one side across the torso while extending the arm upwards towards the other shoulder.
