I take about 11 different supplements. I know to take my aminos between meals, but is it okay to take 9 vitamins/supplements together? I usually do VC,VB,B12 Cal, Zinc, Fish oil, Flax seed, L-Car, Iron, ect. I take them with my breakfast after i work out. I haven't been able to find a good muti. I got the mega womens from GNC, but they make me feel sick.
I would say their is no problem with that, But definately do make sure you aren't taking too much iron. I know women need more iron than men, but too much can be very bad.
