Taking Creatine with 1 kidney

I was born with one kidney and I have no kidney issues. I was wondering what would happen if I took Creatine with only having one kidney. Any adverse effects and / or would would it help more than somebody who has two kidneys? Sorry if some of this is a stupid question... I've heared so many different things from people. Thanks for your time. --- Darren
