Hey for the next coule of months I've decided to try something a little different. Besides some free weight work and lots of pushups, dips, and pull ups I've went and bought a Total Gym 1000 and I'm going to try a new program I found in Hardgainers that suggest for a change to do and exercise to 50 reps. You use the weight that forces you to work to get 50 but can take more than 1 set as needed but the fact is to push yourself to the max. Sounds like bootcamp all over again.

Hey skylar,

ahhh.. the 50 rep set. I have done this for legs. I would first do 5 set of squats for 15-12-10-8-8 reps. Then I would go to leg extensions and do 3 sets of 50 reps each. Then I went to lying leg curls and did 3 sets of 50 reps each! It was insane but it worked!
