this is a similar question to the McD's posted earlier but is it ok to eat McD's/ Hungry Jacks ( or Burger King) to get calories. im in a mass building phase and need 4000 calories a day and the only way i can seem to get it is to eat fast food at least once a day. i go to university so i have to eat around my schedule. i have bulked up quite a bit eating faast foods and have only gained a small amount of fat but if there are better suggestions for my diet i would like to know.

If you can afford it a weight gainer formula might be better. It will have more quality calories then fast food.

True a double quarter with fries does taste better. Hard on the arteries though lol.

I know that I'll probably get raked over the coals but I think that if you choose wisely there may be some room for that in your diet for the short-term. I would definately stay away from the fries and such. If you are just after the calories. However, that being said, be aware that you'll probably pay for it later when you start cutting. There are some excellent high density, healthy alternatives. If you have access to a kitchen one day a week you could make enough to bulk you up like a hog and be far more healthy for you.
