What is this exercise? It's part of my workout, but I don't know what it is so I skipped it last time. If someone could point me to an illustration it would be a huge help!
Can anyone help me out with this? I haven't been working my rear delts nearly as much as the rest of my shoulders and really need to find something good to develop my rears.
