I'm a newbie here. I use to be in ok shape until life happened. Not a new story to anyone. I use to compete in sprint triathlons and loved them! Swimming is my favorite and I won't give that up. I've set up two programs on here...gym weights and cardio. I'm just trying to figure out when I should swim. Do I do it on a cardio day or replace one of the weights days (legs maybe or shoulders?) Is swimming considered cardio? I have no idea, it's just something I love doing.
