The best thing to pack on size is Food. As far as supplements go, it depends on what kind of size you want to put on, although i am going to go out on a limb and assume you mean muscle... Well there are quit a few good combos out there to lose the old fat, but as fare as quality mass goes, you pretty much left with creatine, glucamate, and whey of course. Unless you want to get into the testosterone boosters. if that is the case, check out a produce called Tribex 500. it is made by a company called Biotest. It is pretty expensive stuff though, but you can find it for a pretty reasonable price online...i myself have never used it, and quit frankly i would never take anyything besides FOOD to alter my t levels, but i do have a few friends have used it and the one put on like 5 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks........

Comm'n uttiya don't get so despo about supps.I know u very well personally.I think your body composition is such that u don't put mass so easily.U r already taking Progain.Continue with that and when u have a lot of time go for creatine.I think Creatine & Progain is a very good combo. But keep one thing in mind u should also take a very good diet. How many eggs r u taking nowadays? How much milk do u consume?U should have good amt. of fish, meat, chicken & other dairy products.I asses your calorie intake should be around 5000gms everyday.

Hi uttiya, On average, experts recommend about 1 gram of high-quality protein per pound of gody weight every day for anyone who is exercising regularly. Protein drinks and meal-replacement shakes can help in this area.
