im 20 years old been working out for a few years now, got some OK results, Im thinking about finally takin some supplements, i already take protein. what is a good supplement to take for mass? i want to stay away from creatine, im not lookin to spend that much money b/c im a college student and most of my momey goes to school.

i eat like there is no tomorrow, i eat like 5 times a day if not more, this is what i topically eat.
breakfast 3 eggs, bacon
stack protein bar or shake.
lunch ham sandwich with protein shake
dinner mostly KFC or steak or hamburgers
thats is y im asking what is good to take to put on mass.

What you are eating now is really not a lot at all! It's all about the calories...you need more. Try adding pasta, rice, potatoes, veggies and yams to your diet. Also, try to stay away from "fatty" foods -- bacon, hamburgers, deep fried foods, etc.
